Ellie Radcliffe leads CLES’s work exploring community wealth building approaches to energy transition. This includes several projects being delivered in partnership with Carbon Co-op - Oldham Energy Futures, and a toolkit outlining community wealth building approaches to a just energy transition. Ellie is exploring how we can use community wealth building to develop responses to the climate crisis that are formulated and owned by local communities in partnership with their municipalities.
